Problem:

Can a chemical be saved to use in another experiment in Signals Notebook?


Solution:

Signals Notebook allows serving user defined chemicals by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the ChemDraw Document containing the chemical
  2. Click on the 'Define New Chemical' icon on the left on the 'Quick Add' bar
  3. From the listt of chemicals in the pop up window select one
  4. Type a name and click 'Create Chemical'
The Chemical will be available for search from the 'Quick Add' bar and will be displayed in the 'Chemicals' list.
