Signals Notebook: Can a system admin privileges over other admins and prevent them from editing his rights?

Can I have multiple system admins on Signals and make one of them a 'Super system admin' whose privileges cannot be edited by the other system administrators?

A tenant can have multiple system admins. All system admins have EQUAL privileges including granting and removing system admin privileges. However, a system admin cannot remove system admin privileges from themselves.
