How to upgrade TIBCO Spotfire Data Science from 6.3.x to 6.4.0?

How to upgrade TIBCO Spotfire Data Science from 6.3.x to 6.4.0? To upgrade TIBCO Spotfire Data Science from 6.3.x to 6.4.0 please follow the below steps: 

                  1. Back up the 6.3.x version to a tar file following the document. 

                  2. Follow the KB article and delete all the files related to 6.3.x version. 

                  3. Prepare the server for the installation of 6.4.0 version following the document. 

                  4. Download the 6.4.0 install file from https://perkinelmerinformatics.flexnetoperations.com  and run the file to install TIBCO Spotfire Data Science 6.4.0. 

                  5. Before you start the application, restore the 6.3.x version by following this document. 

                  6. Start the application by running the command chorus_control.sh 

                  7. Search for workspaces and workfiles may not work as soon as you upgrade, so please follow the KB article to start the scheduler service responsible for search functionality manually. 

                  8. Please wait until the scheduler service finishes the indexing and then restart the TIBCO Spotfire Data Science application.
