Problem:
Can't open Spotfire S+ GUI Help
Solution:
User clicks on Help/Available Help/TIBCO Spotfire S+ Help and gets the error message "Navigation to webpage was cancelled".
This is due to security changes by Microsoft. To resolve:
Open Windows Explorer and browse to:
C:\Program Files\TIBCO\splus82\cmd
Right click on the affected file (gui.chm) and go to Properties. Click on the "Unblock" button to indicate that the file is safe.
