Why is the CVS view not available in S+Workbench 8.1?

Why is the CVS (Concurrent Versions System) view not available in S+Workbench 8.1? It was there in 8.0.

The CVS (Concurrent Versions System) client is provided by Eclipse and not by the S+ Workbench plug-in. S+Workbench 8.0 was built on Eclipse 3.2 while S+Workbench 8.1 was built on Eclipse 3.4 so the coding for this client was not included the information made available to software companies that distribute Eclipse.
