Geocoding tables missing smaller cities

Customers will get a warning in map charts indicating that there isn't a match for smaller cities or areas in their data tables.
  Geocoding tables are provided free of a charge from a third-party vendor, and unfortunately they do not contain every single city and country.  They use an algorithm to determine the most frequently needed locations, which means that occasionally smaller locations are not included. 

The best suggestion we can make for the customer is to create their own geocoding table to store either locally or in the Spotfire Library and add the relevant details for the countries that need to be displayed in map charts.  There is information about this in the Help files under "Geocoding, setting up geocoding tables".
