How to create a Scheduled Updates file rule which refreshes at multiple irregular times during weekdays

This article describes how to configure a Scheduling & Routing Rule in TIBCO Spotfire, so that the analysis will update at multiple, irregular times per day.  If the updates will be at regular intervals (for example, every 60 minutes) then the "Check for updates every N minutes/hours" setting can be easily used with a single schedule. But if the updates need to be at specific, irregular intervals then the approach outlined in this article can be used. For example if an analysis file needs to be updated Monday thru Friday at 8 AM, 3 PM, and 4 PM. To refresh a dashboard at multiple times in a day (for example, 8 AM, 3 PM, and 4 PM) and to repeat the schedule for all weekdays (Monday thru Friday), we need to create 3 schedules and 1 rule as described here:

1. Create a schedule to refresh the dashboard at 8 AM from Monday through Friday.
