Problem:
Unable to open Access database files in Business Author
Solution:
When creating a New Analysis in the Business Author web client, there is no option to select MS Access database files. Access database files (*.accdb and *.mdb) are not currently supported in the Business Author client. Data will need to be saved to a supported format or data source, or customer can use the desktop Analyst client to create analysis files using Access data and save files to the Library.
