Problem:

Homepage does not load


Solution:

TIBCO Spotfire Data Science Home Page does not load

When the Alpine Chorus application has a lot of workspaces and activity, the application Home page (aka Dashboard) can become unresponsive and slow.

To improve the load time, the Dashboard configuration can be modified to display less information.

  1. Go to the homepage. [screenshot_1]
  2. Click the Gear to Configure the Homepage. [screenshot_2]
  3. View the project card. Drag the "Recent Activity" and "Your Workspaces" to the "Available" card rather than the "Display" card. [screenshot_4]
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 when logged in as each user experiencing loading delays.
