Automation Services fails to open a visualization that has an embedded Iron Python script. The error seen is in the following form:

"System.NotSupportedException: The script language 'IronPython (2.0.2)', is not supported."

Symptoms:
Automation Services fails with an error while attempting to open a visualization that has an embedded IronPython script.

Cause:
The script support DLLs are not updated in the bin folder for Automation Services installation.

1). Obtain the script support DLLs from the Modules folder in the Spotfire Web Player installation directory (path is C:\Program Files\TIBCO\Spotfire Web Player\6.x.0\webroot\bin\Modules\Script Support_xx.xx.xxxx.xxxx) and copy the DLLs into the bin folder in Automation Services.

2). Add the "<AddIn FullTypeName="Spotfire.Dxp.Application.ScriptSupport.ScriptSupportAddIn, Spotfire.Dxp.Application.ScriptSupport" />" tag in the AddIns.xml file in the bin folder of Automation Services.

3). Restart IIS.
