Problem:
Spotfire User Manual CHM displays no content, showing just the Index page.

This can happen if the .chm file is blocked on the machine. Once the .chm file is downloaded, right-mouse click on it in Windows Explorer, select Properties, then left-click on Unblock.
*If the operating system is Windows 8, uncheck the box "Always ask...when opening this file..." when you first open the file.
