Product: TIBCO Spotfire®
Newly installed TIBCO Spotfire 7.0.x (desktop client / Analyst / Professional) does not display visualizations.
First verify the following general troubleshooting steps were performed:
- Previous Spotfire client would work on the same computer; after an upgrade this symptom will be seen.
- Previous version of Spotfire worked OK on the computer.
- System requirements are met, both for the .Net Framework version and IE.
- A clean installation of the client was performed.
- Confirmed the issue is specific to a computer.
- The .Net 4.5.x Framework was repaired and the newest version installed.
- No errors reported in the logs.
Then you can perform this step in Internet Explorer 10/11 to potentially resolve the issue:
- Go to Internet Explorer's Tools->Options->Advanced (tab).
- "Resets Internet Explorer's settings to their default conditions" > Click the "Reset" button
- Restart the Spotfire client
