According to the Chem3D 6.0 manual, I should be able to calculate the water solubility and vapor pressure, but these options do not appear in the list of properties I can calculate.

First make sure that Chem3D is not running and open the following folder: C:\Program Files\ChemOffice2001\Common\PropertyBroker\ChemPropPro\ (change the path to your ChemOffice2001 folder as necessary). Next rename CSChemPropPro.dll to CSChemPropPro.old. Now download the following patch:

ftp://ftp.camsoft.com/support/outgoing/win/chemprop.EXE

After it downloads, double click on it. Unzip the file to: C:\Program Files\ChemOffice2001\Common\PropertyBroker\ChemPropPro\ when propmpted. Now launch Chem3D and you should see that the properties are there when you try to compute the properties for a structure.
