Structures displayed on screen with the Plugin do not appear in the printout when I print the web page.

This is a Windows Netscape 4.0.x bug. According to the Netscape 4.0.x release notes, printing documents with plugins does not work properly.  See http://home.netscape.com/eng/mozilla/4.0/relnotes/windows-4.0.html This problem has been resolved in Netscape 4.5. You can also print just the structures (assuming you are not using a free demo version of the Plugin) by right clicking in the structure area and choosing Print from the pop-out menu.
