Solution:

Please try the following:
Click on ChemOffice20CombiChemExperimentsNew
Click yes on the following prompt:

ChemDraw for Excel
---------------------------
You are about to create a product library with 1 compounds. Do you wish to continue?
---------------------------
Yes | No
---------------------------

Then change the default name Combiproducts.cfx to something else, the process now ends automatically.
