During ChemDraw installation (v17.0 and above), I get an activation dialog which requires a serial number. Where I can find the serial number?

For ChemDraw/ChemOffice version 17.0 and up, you don't need a serial number, but need a 16-digit activation code in order to activate the product.

We are aware some user machines still present the old activation dialog box (which requires a serial number).

If you are presented with the old activation window (which requires a serial number), then please select the "Quit" button and complete the installation. After installing the product, launch ChemDraw (right-click and Run as Admin), and activate the product using your 16-digit activation code.
