How do I dock my toolbars on a second display on Mac?

With version 14 and older, the use of a secondary display will often result on problems moving the document to the second monitor.
These issues were fixed after version 15 and now you can move the window and the toolbars to the second monitor, but docking the toolbar is only possible on the primary display.
Toolbars can float on other displays, but they won't dock. This behavior is by design.
