Problem:

Missing data when exporting ChemDraw structures to V3000 RXN format in ChemDraw 18.


Solution:

Our Development team is working on the ISIS Reaction V3000 .rxn format in ChemDraw 18, this issue will be addressed in a future release of ChemDraw.

As a workaround you can use MOL V3000 format in ChemDraw version 18 to export Enhanced Stereochemistry data or install version 17.1 to use ChemScript and V3000 RXN format without missing data. For further details please contact PerkinElmer Support:
