When running the NMR prediction, a minute dot appears somewhere on the lower end or middle of the screen. No difference showed, even if the user increased the size. If you save the file and try to reopen, part of the result is chopped off.

Problem:

When running the NMR prediction, a minute dot appears somewhere on the lower end or middle of the screen. No difference showed, even if the user increased the size. If you save the file and try to reopen, part of the result is chopped off.


Solution:

Re-setting the user profile on the PC solves the issue.
