Unable to install or launch ChemDraw 17.1
error: Api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll missing


Solution:

You need to run the update for the Universal C Runtime, please select your Operating System and download the update here:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows?wa=wsignin1.0

Restart the PC and retest.
