How to create Style sheets in ChemDraw for Windows?

Please try the following way to create Style sheets.

1.Launch ChemDraw application by right click over the ChemDraw shortcut present in the Start menu (Start Programs ChemOffice20XX) and select “Run as administrator”
2. Open a New document and make the required changes in the "Documents Setting" etc. then select "SaveAs" from the File menu
3. Click on the "GoToChemDraw Items" button or you need to browse to the following location.

"C:\ProgramData\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice20XX\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items"

Where XX is the version number (i.e 16, 17, 18, 19)

For version 22, the location is C:\ProgramData\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items

4. Also, select "Save as type" drop-down list and choose "ChemDraw Style Sheet" (*.cds)
5. Enter the file Name for your Style Sheet and click the "Save" button

If you have custom style sheets created and need to transfer them to a new computer, all you need to do is copy the custom CDS files to the corresponding folder on the new machine.
