Problem:

Unable to link SciFinder account to ChemDraw

 

Solution:

If you click on the SciFinder button or Search Menu Search SciFinder and ChemDraw Professional stops responding please check the Windows Firewall security settings, disable it, or allow network access to: SciFinder Login link.

After disabling the Firewall and logging into your SciFinder account, the search will work without problems.
