When attempting to add a molecule to a spreadsheet using ChemDraw for Excel the following error message is displayed:

“ChemDraw Excel requires a higher level of activation for ChemDraw ActiveX Control. Some features will not work with the current level of activation”

Steps:
1. Exit all ChemOffice applications
2. Run ChemDraw Professional as an Administrator by right clicking on it.
3. Authenticate using the correct Serial Number and activation key
4. Close and Open ChemDraw.
5. Open ChemDraw for Excel and add a molecule
