Problem:
Unable to use custom Templates from ChemDraw within Enotebook
Solution:
The problem with the custom templates is related to permissions on Windows 7, please try the following:
- Right-click on ChemDraw and select the option to "Run as Administrator"
- Create and save your custom template or edit the existing one and then save it to the following folder:
C:\ProgramData\CambridgeSoft\ChemOffice2010\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items
- Launch Enotebook and try to use your custom template with the ChemDraw tool bar
- Retest the problem.
