Problem:

Structure disappears when Savings as "PDF or XPS" in a Word 2007 SP2 document.

Solution:

This is a Microsoft issue that occurs if you have used the "Format Object" option in Word to set the structure "In Front of Text". Microsoft has released a security update for MS Office 2007 to fix this problem: Kb982312: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=6deb4fb0-cbfc-40df-8f62-35fa1db0e167&displaylang=en
