Problem:

I get a Microsoft Visual Basic Run-time Error '48': Error in Loading DLL when I open Excel.


Solution:

Check your Macro Security Settings (Tools menu) in Excel. Make sure the security level is set no higher than Medium, and in the Trusted Sources tab, make sure Trust All Installed Add-Ins and Templates is checked.
