The ChemDraw Plugin tool palette does not appear.

Problem:

The ChemDraw Plugin tool palette does not appear.


Solution:

It may be turned off. Right click (control click for Mac users) in the structure drawing area of the web page where you are trying to use the Plugin. From the pop out menu that appears, choose View, and then Show Main Tools. This option toggles the tool palette off and on.
