Problem:

I get a message indicating that I need to download an updated version of the Java virtual machine.


Solution:

On some systems, using the ChemDraw Pro plugin may trigger a request to download an updated version of the Java virtual machine. It is essential that you permit the download. Otherwise the Plugin will not work properly.
