Why is 3D analysis disabled in Columbus?


Solution:

You will normally find this option in the Stack Processing parameter of the Input Image building block :

3D Analysis is only available for measurements and analysis sequences imported from the Harmony software (Opera Phenix or Operetta CLS instrument).

First develop the 3D analysis in Harmony then import it with the data to Columbus. A 3D analysis cannot be developed from scratch in Columbus it must be created then imported from Harmony.

Columbus only supports 3D building blocks generated with Harmony 4.8 or higher versions to assure accurate 3D analysis.
