I have created a new section type containing an Excel field. The new section type can be added to experiments, but when I try to export to MS Word I get the following error message:

Sorry, while exporting the selected information: an error occurred while exporting general info of section "Density Form" of experiment "ABC-123": The measurement must be between 0 and 1584 pt.

ELN version is 12.1.
MS Office 2010

Please try the following:


1- Login to ELN as an admin.
2- Browse to Configuration->Section Types.
3- Open the new section type and export the Excel document.
4- Open the document outside ELN and Select All.
5- From Home->Cells click Format.
6- If you can select Unprotect Sheet then the document is protected.
7- Unprotect the document and save it.
8- Import it back into the section type.
9- Refresh and create a new section of the fixed section type.
9- Export to MS Word.
10- For existing sections, you will have to export, unprotect and import back the Excel document.
