Signals Notebook: Whitelisting URLs for Signals Notebook and Signals Research Suite in a Closed Network

Problem:

Organizations using a web security gateway application may block URLs that are needed for the successful operation of Signals Notebook and Signals Research Suite. These URLs may need to be whitelisted in your network for the application to work properly.

Solution:

The below URLs are used internally within the system for communication. Customers will need to whitelist these URLs inside their network/firewall by which Signals Notebook and Signals Research Suite can be used inside a closed network.

·         *.officeapps.live.com

·         *.office.net

·         login.srp.revvitycloud.com

·         webdav.<environment name> (e.g. webdav.signalsresearch.revvitycloud.com)
