Signals Notebook: If an Individual Edition user leaves the institution, can their data be recovered?

If that user shared the data with other users, than the sharing will still exist, and those other users will be able to view the data. If nothing was shared, than the data is not recoverable. In Individual Edition, each person is in control of their own data. If the institution would like control of the data, it's best to move to Signals Notebook Standard Edition.
