Print or export failing if experiment or notebook name contains hash/number sign (#)

PROBLEM:

The following error may occur when trying "Export to ZIP" for a notebook wich has '#' in its name:

"Printing PDF Failed. Please try again or contact support."

Same happens with "Print to PDF" command for an experiment with '#' in the name.


WORKAROUND 1:

Rename notebook/experiment so that it doesn't have '#' in the name.


WORKAROUND 2:

If experiments have '#' in the name, but the parent notebook doesn't, you can export that notebook to zip. The resulting zip archive contains PDFs of all experiments, and those PDFs where '#' was present in the experiment name will have '_' symbol instead of '#'. For example, for experiment 'Expt # 0001', the generated PDF will be 'Expt _ 0001.pdf'.
