Problem:

Why is "Save as > Library item" option grayed out in Web Player?


Solution:

Users might see the "File > Save as > Library item" option grayed out in the Web Player.
  This option will only be enabled in the "Editing" mode and will not be enabled in the "Viewing" mode. To use this option, change the view to 'Editing' mode and then save the file.
