How to use Map Chart to visualize phenotypic markers on cellular images

Answer:
Spotfire's Map Chart can be configured to show markers on top of user's image files in format such as .gif and .png. Markers are positioned according to the X and Y coordinates columns in the referenced data table. Colors and size can be configured according to any user-specified column. The following 3-minutes video demonstrates how to configure a Map Chart to place phenotypic markers on cellular image file (.png), then change the color and size based on fluorescence intensity.

The video was recorded using Spotfire Analyst 10.10 LTS with no extra add-ins.
