Uninstall Spotfire Analyst and delete all associated files.

It is sometimes necessary to remove Spotfire Analyst to effect a clean install.

From Control Panel > Programs and Features > TIBCO Spotfire Analyst > right click, uninstall

Delete all files from the following paths:

C:\Program Files\TIBCO
C:\Program Files (x86)\TIBCO
C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\TIBCO         (AppData hidden folder)

Delete any desktop shortcuts and items from the Start menu

Launch the Registry Editor
Start menu > search regedit > Registry Editor

Delete the 'TIBCO' key (if present) in the following paths:

a. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE
b. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wow6432Node
c. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software
d. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Software\Wow6432Node

Take CAUTION when editing the Registry. Removing a key in error can cause major problems and cannot be undone.
