Problem:
Login prompt on Web Player even when SSO with ASP.Net impersonation is enabled.
Solution:
Versions TIBCO Spotfire Web Player 7.0 and below
This is generally due to the security settings on the web browser. These are the steps to confirm if appropriate settings are in place on every Web Player client machine.
1). Add the Web Player URL to the Intranet Sites or Add the Web Player URL to the Trusted Sites.
2). Make sure you have selected "Automatic login with the current username and password" or "Automatic logon only on Intranet zone"
