Sunset Notice for TIBCO Spotfire 10.3 LTS and 11.3 product families

Summary:

On June 30, 2022, TIBCO is officially ending support for version 10.3 LTS and 11.3 of the TIBCO Spotfire product families. During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but no new defect corrections, in the form of hotfixes or service packs, will be provided for these versions. The latest LTS versions -  10.10 and 11.4 - are not affected by this announcement.

Details:

On June 30, 2022, TIBCO is officially ending support for version 10.3 LTS and 11.3 of the TIBCO Spotfire product families. This includes the following products:

• TIBCO Spotfire Analyst
• TIBCO Spotfire Automation Services
• TIBCO Spotfire Business Author
• TIBCO Spotfire Consumer
• TIBCO Spotfire Desktop
• TIBCO Spotfire Developer
• TIBCO Spotfire Qualification
• TIBCO Spotfire Server
• TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Services

This also includes version 5.0 and prior versions of the following product

• TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R.

This action will take effect on June 30, 2022. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade as soon as possible to a supported release of the product.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but no new defect corrections, in the form of hotfixes or service packs, will be provided.

Cases on the releases being retired will no longer be accepted after June 30, 2022. Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, June 30, 2022.
