My Signals product is giving the following error: This package requires Java v1.8 x64, which is not found and cannot be installed by the dependency manager

In the Apps Dependency Manager*, you could see the following error message, even though Java 1.8 has been installed.

Use Taskbar search to find and open Edit environment details for your account. Then check to ensure your JAVA_HOME environment variable is set to a similar path:

If you've done this and are still getting this dependency error:

Ensure you have 64bit Java version installed.

Use Taskbar search to find and open Command Prompt.

Then the following command to display Java version:

$ java -version

Then if 64-Bit returned, that's what it is.

If you still have the error at this point please contact Technical Support
