PROBLEM
The following errors occurred when rendering an experiment in E-Notebook 18.1.1 during Sign & Close on a machine with Adobe Reader DC Version 2015.023.20070:

SOLUTION
Issue was fixed after uninstalling previous Adobe Reader DC version and installing Adobe Reader DC 2021.0.11.20039.
