How to disable the ChemDraw Cloud menu item within the ChemDraw application?

The 'ChemDraw Cloud' menu option can be removed by editing the following file
(e.g. shown for ChemOffice 2021/ChemDraw v21.x):

1. Navigate to : C:\ProgramData\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice2021\ChemDraw\GUI\Common\XML\Menus\Menus.xml
2. Remove the following section:

<TextMenuItem sharedMenuItem="MenuItem_File_ElementsBrowse"/>
<TextMenuItem sharedMenuItem="MenuItem_File_ElementsUpload"/>
</Menu>

3. You need to prepare your own version of the Menus.xml file with the changes mentioned above
and then deploy it; replacing the existing file on every machine with, where the software is installed.
