ChemDraw Error - Please locate the ChemDraw Items Folder

Solution

Right-click the ChemDraw icon and select Run as Administrator.

Upon opening ChemDraw this browse window appears

Browse to this pathway when it asks that, 
C:\ProgramData\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice2021\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items and click ok. 
If you cannot see the folder "ProgramData", it must be hidden, see this screenshot to solve that,

For ChemDraw v.23 the path is: C:\ProgramData\RevvitySignalsSoftware\ChemDrawApplications\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items
