External Notifications сan be used for state transition tracking iteration of collection

In the way to track collection state, 'External Notifications' can be used.  You can choose to push notifications or pull them from an API endpoint. The transition is in the property “Type”. All states changes are tracked via notification, e.g  if there is transitioning from Awaiting Witness to Closed via an Approve transition the type is “review_accepted_for_owner”.
