Scifinder-n Proxy URL not saving

My university utilizes a proxy url to access Scifinder-n. This article and this article appear to imply that the proxy URL should be saved between searches; however, every time I perform a search this URL resets and I am redirected to the default Scifinder-n website, which I cannot access without the proxy URL. It is rather tedious to copy-paste this URL into the proxy field every time I have to perform a Scifinder-n search. Am I missing something here that allows me to save the URL or is there another place I can plug in the URL to ensure it is retained between searches?

For reference I am using Chemdraw Professional 22.0.0.22 with a ChemOffice+ license on MacOS 13.0.1. Please let me know if there is anymore information that would be useful in resolving this issue.

  Hi,

  It seems the behavior can be replicated in ChemDraw for Mac under version 22.0 and 21.0.  This behavior is not observed in ChemDraw 22.0 for Windows.

  I experience the same issue on macOS Sonoma and Chemdraw version 23.1.1.3, guess it is not solved.
