Where is the Spotfire software to download?

I'm confused why TIBCO, owned by Revvity Signals punts to this support portal page here,  you direct us to download zip files - yaml file and pdf?   where is the gui / client install executable?

Can anyone provide the directions please? 

What is the correct version?

  Then List Downloads > Spotfire Analyst

  Version/s available depend on entitlement expiration date.
