New column for smiles to structure

When converting SMILES to structures using CD in Excel is it possible to have the structures appear in a new column rather than pasted on top of the SMILES string?

  Hi,

  It is not possible to make the structure appear on a new column when doing SMILES > Molecule conversion.  You could however just copy your SMILES to a new column first and then use that second column to make the conversion.

  Another option is to use the SMILES formula once you have the molecule, to calculate the SMILES string from the resulting structure ( =CHEM_SMILES(cell))

  As an alternative, is it possible to erase the smiles string once the structures have been added to the column?
