Chemdrawn OLE object not converting to Chemoffice worksheet.

I have an excel sheet with molecules.

These molecules are copied and pasted from Chemdraw.

After "Convert Worksheet"  under ChemOffice menu in Excel,

cell contains EMBED("ChemDraw.Document.6.0","") won't change :-(

What should I do?
