Helm Monomer Library
After updating my Chemdraw professional from Version 20 -> Version 23.1.3, I cannot access or find the user helm monomer library location? Did I lose this feature for not upgrading or something?
If I downgrade do I get that feature back?

In the current version, we use a different location, with respect to our previous versions. So, if you want to use your HELM monomers (present in the user-monomers.json file), created using previous versions of ChemDraw, then you need to place the *.json files in the correct folder (copy/paste) corresponding to v23.x. The following FAQ provides the v23.x HELM monomer library location.
How do I transfer my custom HELM monomers files to a new computer?v21.x and below
C:\ProgramData\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice20xx\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items\Monomers (where xx = 21, 20, 19, 18)eg.,
For v21.x
C:\ProgramData\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice2021\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items\Monomersv22.x location
C:\ProgramData\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items\Monomers
v23.x location
C:\ProgramData\RevvitySignalsSoftware\ChemDrawApplications\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items\Monomers -
@sandtrix Any update here?
