Structure of a reagent can't save

Our team can't save a structure of chemical having Boron. For example Sodium triacetoxyborohydride: our team wants to save the structure created using PubChem on Reagent Library, but Signal Notebook is not allowing to save this. Please help  us to resolve this issue.
