Resolution: 

This error is most likely to occur when Configuration Tool is used from a local machine, where file path to downloaded spotfireconfigtool.jar file may contain blank spaces, for example, "C:\Spotfire Server config tool\".

Please put downloaded spotfireconfigtool.jar in a file path without any blank spaces.
